Prevention

Don’t blame yourself that other are fine and why can you do same movement without pain. You have just missed to train your joint and surrounding structure. We have got few patient telling:

“Even after going for walk and doing yoga regularly, why my joint still have pain.

The answer is simple that you have added extra “S” in your training that is actually straining.

All you need to do is before starting any new physical activities, do exercises to make your body ready for that activities. New physical activities in term of movement direction or pattern, its speed or the rate of movement.

Just like warm up exercise before weight training. You make your particular muscle and surrounding structure ready before giving extra load.
